..with her family! Yup, no romantic rendezvous for two with her boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia. Too bad! We would love to see those two cuddle up, hehe! =) Anyway, Hayden Panettiere went out to dinner at the new STK restaurant in Los Angeles with her mom, Lesley R. Vogel (a former soap opera star), her dad Alan Panettiere (a fire department lieutenant) and her younger brother Jansen. Hayden Panettiere wore a khaki-colored trenchcoat over her evening attire. But no nipple slip, hehe! For some reason, despite wearing very low necklines, Hayden Panettiere is very adept in hiding her private parts. Sure, a cleavage here and there. But that’s it, no wardrobe malfunction and all that crap, even while she’s bending over. Hayden Panettiere could definitely teach Tara Reid a thing or two about it! Hehe! Our favorite “Heroes” actress is back in the USA after a glittery affair in Berlin, Germany. And boy, does Hayden Panettiere looks tired! She was spotted yawning and stretching her arms while waiting for her baggage in the LAX airport in Los Angeles. Hayden Panettiere wore a cool Asian-inspired blue top over her usual casual outfit. Over the weekend, the “Heroes” cutie was spotted at the 58th Annual Berlin International Film Festival in Germany. Hayden Panettiere was in the house for the premiere of her new film “Fireflies in the Garden” in which she stars alongside Ryan Reynolds, Julia Roberts, and Willem Dafoe. WOW! Major film gurl! =) Anyway, Hayden wore a very form fitting black evening gown. Needless to say, it looked gorgeous on her!

After taking on the dolphin murderers in Japan, Hayden P. is now bringing her aquatic activism stateside. Just over a week ago the Palisades native was in D.C. to headline a “Save the Whales Again!” rally in Dupont Circle.

As the Washington Post’s Reliable Source blog pointed out, between Panettiere getting an arrest warrant for her antics in the land of the rising sun and her stumping in the nation’s capital—“she talked for most of an hour without notes”—she may just be the Jane Fonda of Generation Y.

In describing her attempt to stop the dolphin slaughter in Japan, Panettiere said, “It was like ‘Mission: Impossible’! We had masks on. . . . The water was so red with blood. . . . This baby dolphin popped its head up and looked at me.”

Since that speech, Hayden gave a talk at Georgetown; visited the embassies of Iceland, Norway and Japan; and held a news conference with Sen. John Kerry and Rep. Nick Rahall of the House Natural Resources Committee. As if that weren’t enough, she’s even launched her own website, Panettiere’s Closet, where she auctions off clothes she’s worn in order to raise money for the Whaleman Foundation. The icing on the cake: She’s even been out campaigning for Barak Obama.

I’m not about to make light of all this do-gooding (won’t make that mistake again), but I will say this: the Jane Fonda label doesn’t quite do the girl justice. If she keeps up like this, she’ll be the heir apparent to Bono.

Former “Heroes” star Thomas Dekker has spoken quite harshly about ex-costar Milo Ventimiglia for dating their young co-star Hayden Panettiere. He even called their relationship “gross”! Thomas played as Hayden’s best friend in the first season of the “Heroes” and he can’t believe that the 30-year-old Milo is dating a girl almost half his age. The grossed out actor tells Life & Style,

“I think it’s gross, to be perfectly honest. It’s kind of like if I were dating a 12-year-old! I’m definitely surprised they’re together. For me, it would be a struggle to be with someone in such a different age range.”

Oh yeah, well, maybe Milo is a bit childish and Hayden is a bit mature so they meet somewhere in the mid-20s range. LOL! I wonder how the two lovebirds will react to Thomas’ statements o_O

According to recent reports, “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere has signed on for the teenage comedy “Daydream Nation“. She will play an acerbic teen in the movie, and Keiran Culkin (”The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys,” “Igby Goes Down”) will portray her oblivious boyfriend. The film will mark the directorial debut of screenwriter Michael Goldbach. The producers of “Daydream Nation” — Michael Besman (”About Schmidt”) and Cameron Lamb of Lila 9th Prods. — hope to reinvent the coming-of-age story for the 21st century, calling the film an intellectual comedy a la “Juno” and “Election.” NICE!!! Can’t wait to see Hayden Panettiere do comedy! =)
