Hayden Panettiere pictures, news and gossip

Hayden Panettiere is frustrated of people’s demands on her figure and the constant picking of faults with her appearance. The sexy Heroes star, claims that the media is endlessly trying to find flaws with her figure, despite being considered a beautiful actress.
Hayden also admits resorting to pose differently for pictures to cover up her ‘un-perfect’ parts. The Heroes star told Style magazine:
“I think you have to be a pretty strong person to enter the industry that young and not be affected by it.”
“There’s a lot of criticism. It blows my mind that people want to find flaws and things to pick at. Growing up with the pressure to be thin and the fact that TV adds at least 5lbs. it was tough, I’ve never had really skinny arms, so whenever I do photo shoots, it becomes a lot about the angles that work with my arms.”
“Also, I’ve a bit of a rounder face, so I work the angles there, too.”

Hayden Panettiere has strongly declined comments that she has made life hard for her ex-boyfriend and co-star Milo Ventimiglia. The gorgeous star found fame in the cult US TV show Heroes as a strong-willed teenager.
Hayden (who plays cheerleader Claire in Heroes) has reportedly been making Ventimiglia’s life a nightmare on set (he plays the role of Peter Petrelli). However, in an interview with In Style, Hayden claims all rumors are false.
“The thing that bothers me most is when people make up stories about me being rude or unpleasant,” she revealed.” I don’t think I’m an unpleasant person.”
Panettiere went on to reveal that despite being 19, she “doesn’t date boys her age,” and her relationship with Ventimiglia, 31, has left her wanting a family.
“I always said I want four kids - I love kids”.

Hayden Panettiere is on her way to prove that she is a real life hero too, when she travels to Sydney, Australia to gather momentum for her petition to oppose the killing of whales. Hayden, the Whaleman Foundation spokesperson will be in Sydney on April 1 to rally support from Aussies, urging them to sign the “Save the Whales Again!” petition at SocialVibe.com. She said:
“This is the easiest way for people to make a big difference in our fight against commercial whaling and the Japanese dolphin drive hunts. All we need people to do is go to http://www.socialvibe.com and sign the petition. Please help us reach our goal of 1 million people and help us stop this cruel and needless slaughter.”
More than 25,000 great whales have been slaughtered since the whaling moratorium went into effect in 1986, which also involved a lot of endangered species. Hayden will be calling for the people to resist any negotiations that will legitimize commercial whaling and invalidate the existing moratorium. She will be delivering the petition to the International Whaling Commission at their meeting this June in Madeira.
Meanwhile, research has shown that whale and dolphin meat contain high amounts of Mercury and other contaminates making it unsafe for human consumption.

The Heroes hottie has been declared the HD Hottie as she appears tonight in high - def in Heroes on NBC. Hayden has been named by a TV website as the HD hottie following her extremely popular role as a high school cheerleader, Claire Bennet in the TV series Heroes.
The 19-year-old actress, born in Palisades, New York, started as a child actress in such daytime soap operas as One Life to Live and The Guiding Light. She quickly captured a few movie roles (A Bug’s Life, Remember the Titans), but it was her casting as the cheerleader in NBC’s Heroes that made her a star.
Hayden has a huge fan following after her hit TV series Heroes and will be releasing an album next year. She can also be seen on the big screens with her new movie ‘I Love You Beth Copper‘ due to release on July 2009, where she again can be seen in the role of a cheerleader.
