Being an actor was the reason why the Heroes babe was “ripped apart” by other kids at high school in New York. Hayden Panettiere said they were jealous of her career as a successful child actor that’s why she was bullied. She reveals,

“At school I was teased a lot because I was an actor. They used to be awful. I went through a big period where I was tortured at school. Absolutely just ripped apart. It was very hard for me but I think it made me a stronger person and I’m glad that it happened.”

The weird thing is, Hayden Panettiere isn’t the only celebrity who was bullied while in high school. Jessica Alba also claimed that, the reason being was because she was of mixed race and different color. Anyway, Hayden was so badly tormented that her parents took her out of mainstream education and taught her at home instead. The “Hoodwinked 2″ voice talent shared,

“I went to regular school up until about 14 and then became home-schooled. So I had normal friends and I played normal sports and did a lot of things that kept me grounded.”

The Heroes babe was sporting a bright orange bra underneath an orange-and-grey spaghetti strap tank top paired with some short shorts on location in Vancouver, British Columbia. After all, he’s hooked up to the Heroes actress! =) Hayden Panettiere recently confessed she adores the bad boys of Hollywood, and happily revealed that she has a huge crush on Colin Farrell. Won’t her admission make Milo a bit jealous?? Hehe! Hayden also revealed she also likes the super handsome Orlando Bloom and funnyman Ashton Kutcher. The “I Love Beth Cooper” actress shared,

“They are so gorgeous. I go for bad boys. I like the surfer boy look too … The shaggy hair and the gorgeous bodies.”

I’m such a sucker for good bodies, Hayden Panettiere also added. LOL! That’s our gurl! ^_^

Say what?? A genius?? LOL! The Heroes actress must be out of her mind for saying that! But according to ContactMusic.com, Hayden Panettiere did say that in defense of Paris Hilton’s airheaded party girl image. For those not in the know, the 18-year old actress has been a close friend of Paris‘ for several years. Hayden says the 27-year old socialite is actually more level-headed than the dumb “character” she projects to the media. She explains,

“She’s a nice girl and a lot brighter than people give her credit (for) but no one sees her like that because she plays this character all the time. She’s actually a marketing genius.”

Hmmm, now that Hayden Panettiere pointed that out, I’m actually tempted to believe it. Especially since Paris Hilton has launched several businesses already. Go blondes! LOL! ^_^

Yeah, she’s a Hollywood recluse as we recently posted. Hehe! Despite being in the industry since she was just 11 months old, Hayden Panettiere never got used to the partying lifestyle. Thus, the whale-loving actress in no danger of being like Lindsay Lohan and the others. Hayden is even scathing of Hollywood stars who are more concerned with being celebrities than they are with being actors. The Heroes babe ranted,

“The interesting thing to me is, if you think about it, the glamour of Hollywood has been dimmed down by people that don’t necessarily love what they do or their craft. I think people who are mainly in the public eye and deal with this [attention], a lot of them like it and enjoy it. I don’t really enjoy going out, it’s a nightmare in my opinion.”

Our fave Heroes actress looked as if she could’ve used a bit more sleep when she was spotted filming in Canada last Sunday. With her hair in big shambles, a near-frown on her face, Hayden Panettiere definitely didn’t like the early call time on the set of her latest movie “I Love You Beth Cooper” last April 13. Hehe! But being the pro that she is, Hayden bundled up for the brisk morning weather and made it through the many takes shot on location in Vancouver B.C. Atta gurl! =)

Ever since their relationship began, the “Heroes” actress and co-star boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia have to work extra hard because they constantly face negative opinions about the age difference in their romance. Yeah, the much-hyped 12-year age gap between them. Hayden Panettiere knows that this kind of outcry is mostly due to their being celebrities. Still, the 18-year old actress is convinced that there are advantages to dating a fellow celebrity. Hayden shared,

“It’s nice to be in the same industry. You often get invited to the same things, which is handy!”

LOL! Sounds like a teenager talking! ^_^ Anyway, Hayden and Milo knows that to keep their relationship strong, they have to be as private as possible. She explains,

“(But) there is no good thing about being a couple in Hollywood. People make their own opinions about everything, and they like to be very judgmental about things they know nothing about. You just have to hope that if you don’t put it out there too much then they will have less to say about it.”

Ever since she was made a household name upon taking on the role of cheerleader Claire Bennet in the top-rated show Heroes, Hayden admits she finds being famous ‘a pain in the ass’. She relates,

“I don’t ever go out. I stay at home. I go from garage to garage, and keep myself out of sight.”

Yeah, sounds like the 18-year old actress has become a recluse by Hollywood standards. Hayden Panettiere explains,

“I love where I live and that I have wonderful friends there and I love what I do, but it really has a major impact on your life. This business is very intrusive. People want to know what you’re doing every day, and it becomes less about your craft and your art, and your love for acting, than it is about when you put food in your mouth, or when you’re walking your dog.”
