2. Hayden is very close to her younger brother Jansen, an actor five years her junior. She describes him as “the greatest present our dad and mom ever gave me”. Aww, too sweet for words!

3. The actress’ friends call her Hay-Hay, Hayd or Mushroom.

4. Hayden Panettiere was a bald baby til she was a toddler! o_O She recalls: “I was completely bald until I was three. My mother had to tie bows around my head so that I wouldn’t scare other children.” LOL!

5. The Heroes babe finished her first year of high school in South Africa! Cool huh?? Hayden was there to film the 2005 movie Racing Stripes (where she learned how to ride a zebra!). After filming she chose to stay in the country for awhile.
