According to the mag, Milo Ventimiglia recently confided to a friend that even though Hayden Panettiere is only 18 years old, he wants to get engaged, preferably this year. WOW! Should I say lucky girl?? =) The actor’s friend further revealed,

“Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000.”

I hope the tabloids won’t ruin the engagement surprise for Hayden Panettiere! LOL! HaLo met on the set of Heroes and reportedly began dating in January despite their 10-year gap.
