The 30-year old boyfriend of our fave Heroes actress guested on several talkshows the past weeks and talked about his Wizard World comic book convention appearance, his Air Force Reserves trip, and his new movie Pathology. Milo Ventimiglia was smart and dashing in all his appearances! But he was without Hayden Panettiere who was busy filming in Canada. In the Jimmy Kimmel show, Milo shared that before going up on the fighter plane he recommends eating peanut butter and bananas beforehand. Why?

“Because they taste the same going up as they do going down.”
