Yeah, the Heroes cheerleader may be young but she’s become a mentor to Masi Oka, her much older co-star in Heroes. The Japanese-born actor became the breakout star in the debut season of Heroes, and it took awhile before he got used to instant stardom. In an interview, Masi Oka was thankful for having Hayden Panettiere and other co-stars around, and shared how he handled all the media attention. He says,

“I am very grateful. This opportunity is like winning a once-in-a-life-time lottery. As much as I love meeting new people, I also need to be surrounded by friends who keep me grounded. Fortunately I have fantastic cast members. They’re like the brothers and sisters I never had. People like Milo Ventimiglia, Greg [Grunberg], Adrian [Pasdar], Ali [Larter] and Hayden Panettiere are my mentors.”

Guess the Heroes cast are one big happy family! =)
